Hand-picked from select rows in our high altitude Eden Valley vineyard, the grapes are lightly basket pressed (20% whole bunch) before fermentation takes place in barrel. Regular lees stirring and 7 months’ maturation in new and seasoned French oak barriques give the wine added complexity.
Aromas of citrus, pear and white peach lead to enticing stone fruit and fig flavours on the palate. Crisp acidity, complex layering with a hint of nougat and vanilla culminate in a long seamless finish.
